GOURMET CINEMA COMBINED TWO MELBOURNE PASSIONS - FOOD & FILM - to deliver an outdoor cinema experience like no other at Caulfield Racecourse.
Each session of Gourmet Cinema was presented by an iconic Melbourne restaurant, who curated a cinematic food journey inspired by a film favourite.
Restaurants included Hotel Jesus, Hellenic Republic, Uncle, The European, Mamasita, and Le Bon Ton to name a few.
The inaugural 2017 Gourmet Cinema was held over 5 evenings, with the Saturday night selling out with 1400 people in attendance. The event returned in 2018 with new restaurant and film offerings.
We conceptualised the event and lead the creative direction, curation, restaurant identification and negotiation, and assisted with onsite production and execution.
