Magic At Twilight
MAGIC AT TWILIGHT Brought A world of magic and wonder to Chadstone with a month-long festival of internationally acclaimed performers and installations to delight kids and adults alike.
Audiences were treated to performances from internationally acclaimed magicians and performers from Australia and around the world, including James Galea and Charlie Caper, and discovered roving performers around every corner. The performances were delivered on both an open stage and in the Little Palais; an intimate 90 person venue.
In addition, we conceived and built a bespoke interactive installation, Infinite Wonder. The installation was a meditation on the magic of infinite space and was an 8m long mirrored star tunnel with dynamic LED lighting, infinity effects and a soundscape.
Magic At Twilight drove attendance and increased dwell time at Chadstone, providing Chadstone audiences with incredible live entertainment experiences and lifting Chadstone’s profile as an entertainment precinct.
Magic At Twilight saw Chadstone transformed into a world of magic and wonder every Saturday in April 2018.
District Agency conceptualised, created, and delivered the Magic At Twilight festival, including artist programming and negotiation, event, venue and installation builds, production, and onsite event management and staffing.
