In June/July 2023 we created Australia’s largest ever balloon installation – POP ART.
Held at Chadstone – The Fashion Capital, POP ART featured two stunning immersive precincts; an underwater world of oversized creatures, coral reefs, and an epic battle between a kraken and a submarine, and a Prehistoric Park where visitors encountered majestic balloon dinosaurs, snakes, ferns and a volcano.
The Prehistoric Park also hosted a school holiday program featuring a balloon show and balloon twisting workshops daily.
We worked with one of Australia’s premier balloon artists, Chris Adamo (judge of Channel Seven’s BLOW UP) to build a team of over 20 balloon artists from around the country to design and build the experience.
The latex balloons used in the installation were recycled and the end of the program to create outdoor play equipment.
POP ART WAS AUSTRALIA’S LARGEST EVER BALLOON INSTALLATION.
