THE PENINSULA PICNIC IS A FOOD, WINE, AND MUSIC GATHERING THAT CELEBRATES THE CULINARY CREDENTIALS OF THE MORNINGTON PENINSULA.

Held at Mornington Racecourse, the event sold out in four of its first five years and is one of the most successful ongoing boutique events in the country.

Conceptualised as a picnic with a country harvest atmosphere, The Peninsula Picnic brings the region’s best restaurants, wineries and gourmet producers together for a spectacular day of indulgence.

As well as creating the event, we program music line-ups that have featured Missy Higgins, John Butler Trio, The Cat Empire, The Rubens, The Waifs, Harry Angus, Sarah Blasko, Pierce Brothers, Paul Dempsey and many more. 

The Peninsula Picnic cemented itself as the most successful food, wine and music event ever held on the Peninsula.

The Peninsula Picnic was created for the Melbourne Racing Club with a view to utilising its existing assets (racetracks), broadening audiences, and celebrating the Mornington Peninsula’s producers and community.
