Aguila @ Laneway Festival

We took a 20ft container and overlaid a Colombian barrio façade, creating the illusion of a bright double story building. In addition to painted furniture we built a bespoke Pico sound system (an authentic Colombian DJ booth) and a model Willy Jeep, which is used in Colombia to transport Aguila beer.

Aguila @ Laneway Festival

THE BRIEF

Introduce WA to Colombia’s number one beer, Aguila, with a bar & beer garden activation that gives people a window into the world that is Colombian Summer Celebration of Life.

THE IDEA

Build an authentic Colombian barrio (neighbourhood) complete with authentic cultural party icons of Colombia.

THE RESULT

7,400 cans of Aguila were trialled in WA (0.7 cans per attendee). 3,000 patrons enjoyed the Aguila Barrio including 500 engagements with onsite activity (Pin The Tale On The Eagle).

Punters could play games of ‘Pin The Tail On The Eagle’ to win complimentary Aguila.

The entire activation packs into the shipping container, making for a highly transportable asset for the brand.
