Transform four ordinary shipping containers into a live music club like no other.
THE RESULT
There were 140,000 attendees, 200 days of activation, 500 music performances & 1 million people saw the project.
The SoCo Cargo Experiment was a live music venue touring the country and featuring some of the hottest Australian and overseas acts.
With a capacity of 300 and featuring polished floorboards, art deco furnishings, a state of the art sound system, a concert ready stage, and of course a fully functioning bar, SoCo Cargo became a must visit destination at festivals like St Kilda Festival, Adelaide Fringe and Darwin Festival.
SoCo Cargo even hosted it’s own events at Cockatoo Island and the Hunter Valley, and enjoyed a 3 month stint over summer in a prime St Kilda location.
